Background: Generally, it is agreed that all women who previously had a cesarean section should be attempted for normal vaginal delivery. Of course, post-cesarean delivery associated with potential risks and sometimes clinically indicative of recurrent section. Objectives: This study aimed to evaluate the success complications birth after in pregnant referred Ali Ibn Abi Talib Hospital Zahedan 2016 - 17. Methods: The present descriptive-analytical was carried out approval Student Ethics Committee by visiting archive review hospital records admitted gynecological ward researcher abstracted data into predetermined checklists. Finally, SPSS software used analysis. Results: In this study, 176 patients were evaluated. mean gestational age 37.64 ± 3.13 weeks. rate one 92% (162 patients), failure 8% (14 patients). Also, transfusion (n = 4, 2.3%), cervical rupture 3, 1.7%), neonatal death uterine 1, 6%) (P 0.0). Conclusions: Complications included blood 2.3%, 1.7%, infant mortality 0.6%.
